RexShield ProSeal Plus is an ultra-hard, professional-grade, two-component sealer designed for high-performance surface protection across a wide range of substrates. Formulated with a proprietary polyester blend, it delivers exceptional cross-linking density, resulting in superior chemical resistance, mechanical durability, and long-term performance.

Unlike traditional single-component sealers, ProSeal Plus forms a highly durable protective layer that can be applied to both porous and non-porous surfaces, including tile and grout, concrete, natural stone, plastics, and more. Its semi-gloss finish enhances the appearance of the substrate while providing a strong, resilient barrier against wear, staining, and environmental exposure.

ProSeal Plus can be used as a standalone high-performance sealer or as a primer/base layer within the RexPro system. When paired with RexPro silane-based coatings, it helps create a multi-layer protection system that maximizes durability, improves coverage, and enhances overall coating performance.

Its water-based, low VOC formulation allows for easier application, cleanup, and handling while remaining non-hazardous for shipping and storage.

Application Overview

1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Thorough cleaning and proper preparation are essential for optimal bonding and performance.

2. Mixing
Combine both components according to product instructions and mix thoroughly until a uniform solution is achieved.

3. Application
Apply using a roller or appropriate applicator. Work in small sections to ensure even coverage and avoid pooling.

4. Coverage & Coats
Apply one or more coats depending on the desired level of protection. Allow proper dry time between coats.

5. Dry Time
Allow the coating to dry before light use. Dry times will vary depending on environmental conditions.

6. Cure Time
Full cure and maximum performance will develop over time as the coating fully cross-links.

7. System Use (Optional)
For maximum protection, apply RexPro silane-based coatings over ProSeal Plus after proper curing.
