RexShield A1 Multi-Surface is an advanced, single-component sealer engineered to deliver high-performance protection across a wide range of surfaces, including tile and grout, concrete, masonry, epoxy, natural stone, resilient flooring, and metal substrates.

Formulated with specialized additives, A1 Multi-Surface is designed to bond effectively to challenging surfaces such as stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, select hard plastics, and other high-contact areas. This makes it an ideal solution for surfaces prone to fingerprints, water marks, dust, and everyday wear.

The system enhances surface appearance with a clean, polished finish while providing durable protection against staining, chemical exposure, and abrasion. Its fast-drying, user-friendly application allows for consistent, professional results across both residential and commercial environments.

Ideal for use on stainless steel appliances, elevators, railings, light fixtures, countertops, screens, and other common touch points, as well as traditional flooring and surface applications.

RexShield A1 Multi-Surface offers a working pot life of approximately 14 days once opened.

Note: Suitable for both porous and non-porous substrates. For highly porous surfaces, the use of a primer may be recommended to improve coverage and overall system efficiency.

Application Overview

1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants, including oils, dust, fingerprints, and residues. Proper preparation is critical to achieving optimal bonding and performance.

2. Application
Apply RexShield A1 Multi-Surface evenly using a microfiber applicator, pad, or appropriate tool. Use a thin, controlled application to achieve uniform coverage.

3. Leveling & Finish
Work in manageable sections to ensure an even, streak-free finish. Avoid over-application or allowing excess material to pool on the surface.

4. Bonding & Dry Time
Allow the product to bond and dry. The surface will typically dry within approximately 2–3 hours depending on conditions. Limit contact during this time.

5. Cure Time
Full cure and maximum performance are achieved within 24–48 hours.

6. Inspection
Inspect the surface for uniform appearance, coverage, and clarity across the substrate. The system is designed as a one-coat application for efficient and consistent results.

Note: Always test in a small, inconspicuous area prior to full application, especially on highly visible or specialty surfaces.
